Trying to keep the chaos and insanity of our daily schedules can become quite the chore. Using a planner to organize and balance everyday life is the trick.
Let’s face it. Everyday life can become tiresome and overwhelming. With 2017 being fast on our heels, let’s start the new year off right by finding ways to keep that chaos to a minimal while also maintaining our sanity. Using a planner to organize and balance everyday life has been the solution that truly works for me and can work for you too. I use my planner for my daily job, blog, family, church, etc. I even use my planner to remind myself daily to drink water, exercise, and take my multivitamins by having it written down on each day of the planner for that week. My choice in vitamins is the Centrum® MultiGummies®. And yes they have gummy vitamins for adults too if you have never tried them. More details on these below.
Now let’s get those planners ready so you can balance the daily tasks and keep things as organized as much as possible.
I start at the beginning of each week and look ahead and what I have going on for that week alone. Don’t try to overwhelm yourself with stuff that happens months down the road if you don’t have to. Keep it in mind but focus on what has to be done the upcoming week. On the weekly view of your planner, organize different sections into different areas of your life. I usually have the 3 sections in mine broke down into Home/Work, Blog, and Health/Family.
I add sticky notes, tabs, washi tape, stamps, etc. to add pretty detail but also to keep me organized. I am a lists person and always writing down everything so I don’t forget it. That is key!!! Write it down. The washi tape can also be used to designate each category of your life to one color or design to keep you even more organized. I will do this at times, but I really just love to use it to add some fun pops of color.
For the bottom section with Health/Family, I go ahead and write in daily a checklist for water, exercise, and vitamins/medications. If I don’t write it down then chances are I won’t do it and will forget. As I mentioned before, I make sure to pick up my Centrum® MultiGummies® at Walmart during my routine shopping trip so I can keep that health box checked off everyday.
Centrum ® MultiGummies ® contain three natural flavors: Berry, Cherry, and Orange. But wait, there’s more… These multi-benefit multivitamins include 100% or more of essential nutrients, Vitamins B12, D, and E. They make it easy for me to check that one but very important part of my day off knowing that I am supporting my health while also maintaining the busy duties of everyday life. Centrum® MultiGummies® makes it easy for me to support my health while enjoying my busy lifestyle.
Now to keep things from sneaking up on me that are a month or two in advance, I will usually review the month at the beginning of that month in my planner and start planning ahead. Sometimes that means adding in certain tasks each week until I am completely prepared. This really helps from having to do so much the week of a party for example and being totally overwhelmed. I will review the monthly view each week as well just to be sure to stay on top of things and checking for any changes.
We all have hectic lives at times with so many different responsibilities. Why not help ourselves out when we can and make things a bit easier on us? In this new year, you can do exactly that by preparing ahead, using a planner, and making our health a priority with Centrum® MultiGummies®. If you are already at Walmart shopping for groceries all the time like I am then go ahead and swing by the pharmacy and pick yours up.
