October is not just about pumpkins and trick-or-treating but should also remind us of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with all things pink which is why I am so excited to offer to you the opportunity to enter to win this breast cancer jewelry giveaway. My dear friend Amy from Accessory Lane has dealt personally with breast cancer through a family member’s experience and understands the importance of raising awareness and funds for research.

She has graciously offered to sponsor this giveaway to encourage others like herself to get involved and also share their experience with others. A portion of her sales on certain pieces of jewelry will be donated to breast cancer research as well. What a giving heart she has!

Below you will find gorgeous pieces of her jewelry including breast cancer bracelets and a scarf that is included in the giveaway to one lucky winner. But please head over to her website as well and order yourself or someone else something beautiful. A great idea to support this great cause during this month is to purchase something new for a friend or family member who is battling breast cancer now or has been recently and really needs a pick me up. They will feel gorgeous wearing their new jewelry and also happy in knowing that a portion of the sales went to support research.

The following pictures are just a few of the beautiful items you will find at Accessory Lane but are included in this giveaway as well.

breast cancer awareness is important to me because my aunt was diagnosed with it a few years ago, and for the first time ever the battle hit close to home and i suddenly understood all of the pink ribbons. <3

Breast cancer awareness is important to me because my Aunt had it and is in remission now. Also my great grandmother died from it. It’s a very scary disease. To think it runs in my family is frightening and to check myself weekly.

I am so sorry to hear that. I do hope that your aunt continues to be okay and is healthy though. Thanks for sharing your story. It can be very scary but raising awareness and being preventive is most important with early detection. Trust in the Lord for your health!

It is important to bring awareness to breast cancer because it has the potential to affect each of us girls. Plus, the more awareness brought to breast cancer the closer we become to a cure!

Thanks for a great giveaway for a great cause. My aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago and thankfully is now in remission. It’s a scary diagnosis and even scarier knowing it can come back at any time.

Breast cancer awareness is important to me because both my mother & grandmother were diagnosed with first ovarian cancer then breast cancer. My mom is celebrating 4 years cancer free. I definitely recommend anyone whose family has a recurring history of either of these cancers to go for the genetic braca testing. Both my sister and I were tested and even though my test came back negative my sisters came back showing she had the gene. She was able to not only be more closely monitored but also was able to take some preventative measures. Knowledge & awareness is key.

That’s so wonderful to hear that your mother is cancer free after having to deal with two different types. It can be scary getting news from the doctor but being aware of possibly future issues and being able to prevent it is everything. I am so glad that y’all have taken that step!
