Bible Journaling Process using Gelatos and Newest Illustrated Faith Devotional Kit

I am so excited to share this Bible journaling process using gelatos and newest Illustrated Faith devotional kit, “This is Love”, by showing a simple technique that gives lots of vibrant color to your pages to really make them stand out.

This post is sponsored by Dayspring. All opinions are mine alone. I pinky promise! I was scrolling through Instagram (follow me there if you don’t already 😉 ) the other day looking at some of my favorite artists and their Bible journaling entries, when I came across one from Robin Bolton (@biblejournaling) that really caught my eye. The whole page was completely covered in one solid color for the background. I have seen colorful pages but not typically done in this way where the page really stands out from the rest. I just knew I had to try a page for myself. I know that she used a different art medium besides the gelatos I’m showing today because I certainly do not want to take credit for this inspiration as my own.

And because we are in what many like to call the month of love, I love turning to the Word to see what it has to say about Love and God’s love particularly. There are so many way to do this starting with my February Bible Journaling Challenge where you can print your prompt card FREE and get started today. In order to supplement the challenge, Illustrated Faith and Dayspring just released the devotional kit for February entitled This is Love. We may have heard 1000 times, but it is so true: God loves us and we have purpose. We can never say that or focus on it too much. Join me in February and let’s remind ourselves just how unique and important we are in the Father’s eyes.

Below you will see several videos with one being an unboxing showing you exactly what is included in the kit for this month. The other will show you the entire process I used to complete this entry using Gelatos. If you have never heard of gelatos and want to learn more, I have a post that explains them in more detail HERE.

Also in the videos, I showed y’all the You are Loved Collection that coordinates beautifully with this devotional kit. They have cardstock stickers, paper pieces, tip-ins, clear stamps, and more. Some of the items are even marked down over 50% off which makes them a great deal to grab now for this month.
