Fall means football which means tailgating!
Whether you are tailgating before the game, or โhomegatingโ as I like to call it, delicious food is a must. You just canโt watch football without food. They are basically the same word.
Football + Food = Buffalo Wings
Buffalo wings are one of my most favorite foods to eat especially during football season which you can probably already tell from just the first few sentences of this post. Did I mention I love wings?
Okay but seriously, I have a delicious recipe to share with yโall today for roasted chicken wings. You can place them in the oven and basically just set a timer and forget about them until theyโre done.
They are still crispy, but you donโt have to stand over hot oil the whole time flipping and watching them.
Plus if you are trying to be more health conscious, roasting the wings keeps you from using all that oil and frying them.
Now wings may be delicious, but they are equally just as messy! When me and Mark are eating buffalo wings, we have to have a paper towel that we know will work good and last.
That is why we depend on Vivaยฎ Vantageยฎ paper towels to do the job. Make sure to stop by Walmart and stock up before your big game next weekend.
Letโs get those wings cookingโฆ
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
- Hot sauce
- Celery sticks
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with spray oil.
Coat the chicken wings in olive oil evenly by using a brush.
Whisk the brown sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt together in a bowl.
Cover the chicken wings in the spice mixture.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes turning half way through.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
For a buffalo style sauce, combine ranch dressing and hot sauce together in a bowl.
Now you just need to enjoy some good eatinโ.
While you are enjoying your wings, be sure to keep Vivaยฎ Vantageยฎ paper towels nearby to wipe your hands. We all know how messy wings can be which is why Vivaยฎ Vantageยฎ is perfect to use.
I am loving these wings while I watch football. You can tell a few others would like to steal a wing right out of my hand.
They are soft like cloth but also strong so they clean those fingers right up, unless you prefer lickinโ your fingers.
After your belly is full, there is always the clean-up part that we usually dread having to even deal with. But I have good news today! Vivaยฎ Vantageยฎ towels are stretchy and strong making clean-up a breeze. They donโt even rip or tear even when theyโre wet.
I know that makes my life much easier which gives me more time to get back to watching the game.
Make sure to put chicken wings and Vivaยฎ Vantageยฎ towels on your grocery list now so this weekend tailgating will be even more delicious.
Enjoy your football weekend with buffalo wings!
