Now that school is officially back in for probably everyone, it is time to say good-bye to summer with some Bible journaling memories.
Now that it seems like school is officially back in for most people, I thought it would be fun to give one last kick-off to all the summer fun and vacations. There is certainly no reason why those memories can’t stay alive the rest of the year.
When my husband and I recently went on a beach vacation this summer, I wanted to have a way to remember the trip but also enjoy one of my most favorite hobbies I guess you would call it. And that is Bible journaling. So one early morning in our condo, I did just that.
I found this beach themed printables from the Illustrated Faith Print and Pray Shop. They were adorable with so many different colors and sea creatures. They even have several suggestions of scripture to choose for an entry.
I layed them out and started to work. Before I knew it, I had a page completed in no time. Using some scrapbook adhesive, I attached the paper cut pieces to the pages. Then I just added a few more touches with washi tape, stickers, and a tab at the top of the page. Add some journaling with a pen and you are all finished.
Now I will always remember our beach trip and all the memories we made. Plus it took me no time to finish it. I love that I can bring all my journaling supplies on a trip with me as well using my Illustrated Faith organization bag. You can check out a video HERE to see how much you can fit in yours.
Plus if you don’t always feels so artistic with drawing yourself, these paper cut pieces are a great way to still have a beautiful page without the stress of worry.
I would love to see your recent summer entries if you enjoyed Bible journaling on vacation this year too. I can’t wait to see them. And the greatest of these is love,
