The biggest game of the year will soon be approaching us which means many people will be either hosting or attending a party and needing something easy but yet yummy to make. I have the perfect recipe for you.
A BLT cream cheese dip will bring back so many summer memories of those fresh home grown tomatoes. For me there is nothing like waiting all winter for a home grown tomato and then slicing a fresh one for that first perfect BLT of the summer. Is your mouth watering yet? I know mine is.
This dip includes all of that and more with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. For me you can never get enough cheese.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ยฝ cup mayonnaise
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 green onions
- 1 medium tomato
- Romaine lettuce
*Be sure to save some bacon, green onions, tomato, and lettuce to use for garnish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well combined.
Prepare the rest of your ingredients by crumbling the bacon, slicing the green onion, dicing the tomato, and chopping the romaine lettuce in small pieces.
Add the shredded cheese, bacon, green onion, and tomato to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
Spray your pie pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Spoon the dip into the pie pan and place in the oven to bake for about 15-20 minutes. You will notice the dip starting to brown and bubble on top once finished.
Remove from the oven and garnish with bacon, green onions, tomato, and lettuce.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
And most of all enjoy your snacking and super bowl party!
Who will you be cheering for, Seattle Seahawks or New England Patriots? Let me know in the comments below.

This looks so delish and EASY! And unfortunately I just can’t cheer for either team (Steelers fan here!) so we will watch and enjoy but are most excited for the Katy Perry halftime show!
