About Me…
Close your eyes and imagine you are a child again and it is Christmas Eve. You can feel the excitement of Santa Clause arriving to deliver your presents, being sure to leave him cookies and milk, and all the fun memories you made. Well that same feeling of childlike carefree fun is exactly how I feel when I am in the middle of a new DIY project.
Hey y’all! My name is Bethany! It is so good to meet y’all. Let me tell you a little bit more about myself.
I love just about anything DIY, craft, holidays, party planning, Bible journaling, recipes, repurposing, and upcycling.
I am married to a man that has fulfilled every dream and expectation I could have ever thought of as a child.
My three furbabies keep me busy with all the happiness to make me appreciate the little things that are important to them like playing fetch in the cool grass or jumping in the water while trying to wash the cars.
Above all these wonderful blessings, I have the pleasure to be called a child of God and an heir of royalty for who deserves all the praise for everything I am and will be.
How the Blog Started…
My passion for DIY really began before I could probably remember. That is how young I truly was. My Mom would always seem to take the extra time to sit down with meand do some sort of craft or project. We were always working on something together which impressed upon me now as an adult how much a hobby can really mean so much more than that and change a life. Little did I know she was teaching me life lessons.
That passion just continued to grow into what is now a blog where I can share with others what I love to do so much and hopefully inspire them as well.
I find that the smallest things like creating a new project, decorating for a party, or making a new delicious recipe give me the greatest joy which is why I always encourage y’all to enjoy the little things in life and live for each moment.
